Steve's family and I went up to Park City, (while Steve was working) for the Mustang Car Show over Labor Day Weekend. Good times. We got to look around at all the sweet old and new 'stangs as well as eat lunch with the boys on Steve's crew. There they are in their GQ shot walking back to the Engine :) Above is also Ron and I posing in front of what was probably my favorite mustang.

Life on the other side of the teacher's desk
Just wanted to give our readers and fans a little update on our "first week of school". Spectacular :) Loved every minute of it. It's probably the coolest job because a) the kids and their personalities. b)It's so un-boring. There's always someone to help, some one to call out, someone that wants your attention or someone that's trying to sneak something passed you. It's great. Keeps me on my toes.
We've made portfolios and self-portraits and presented them so far. It's so beautiful to see them put effort and thought into what they do. To see and watch them create something better than they thought themselves capable of creating, is what makes my day. That and just that they are all little dear hearts:) (Thank you Mrs. Prater) I'm so glad that I found a job with structure and stability and still liberty to do things the way I'd like...AND... I get a paycheck for doing it! Definitely a win-win we've got here. Thanks to family and good friends for rootin' for me to help me get to this point in our little journey.
