Look who's turning...

2 months today! 1/6 of a year old :( He's getting way too big, way too fast and I can't blog to keep up.
Some milestones he has hit:
-12 lbs.
-24 inches
-Can hold his head up on his own (unless he's tired then it bobs ferociously).
-Can hold his head up 90 degrees during tummy time, for like, 15 seconds +.
-Loves his mommy, naturally.
-Gives responsive smiles almost always :)
-Loves music. Sings along whenever anyone else is singing, or in Relief Society.
-Has a "conversation time"- after he wakes up and has his diaper changed. It's usually while I'm eating cereal and he's in his bouncy chair watching me eat.
-Is incredible chubby.
-Has a little chin like his daddy's.
-Looking more like Steve every day. I think it's because he's getting chubbier and chubbier. I'm saying Steve's fat ;)
-Hinting at laughing. Laughs a lot in his sleep, but hasn't officially laughed while he's awake. We're getting close though, I can feel it comin'.
-Usually eats every 3 hours
-Naps for 1/2 hour to 4 hours
-Sleeps for 3 hours
-Favorite places to be in order of importance- latched on, eating:), on top of Steve's or my chest, sleeping, on his changing table, eliminating without restriction (diaper), or on his little play gym, playing.
-Has his mom and dad wrapped around his cute little eagle toes.

IN THE MEAN TIME....
Lacey and her 2 cuties came for a visit.
My sweet daddy came for the babes's blessing.
I have 3 more days left of teaching before I start my most favorite full-time job in the world of being a "stay at home mom"!!!
Grizzly is attention deprived and in denial of his competition, expresses it by ignoring Lucas.
10 of 30 lbs. to go to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. :(




Thanks Face and Pops!!!! I'm so lucky to have had my momma, dad, and sistah here to come see, help out with and enjoy the baby :) Thanks for the time you took out of your lives to come be with us. We love you a ton.
